Terms of Service

Last updated: April 16, 2026
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Master Monetization ("Master Monetization," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Services.

You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1. OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties in the United States and around the world.

3. THE MATERIAL AND WHAT YOU MAY DO WITH IT

What the Services are. Master Monetization is a library of documents written and compiled in advance — field manuals and cited Master syntheses. Nothing is generated on demand. We operate no AI model and call none; if you reach the library through an AI client such as Claude Code, that client is yours, runs under your own agreement with its provider, and simply requests documents from us.

Your licence. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to read and use the material for your own work, or the internal work of the organisation paying for your seats. That expressly includes applying what you learn commercially — advising clients, building campaigns, running your own business. That is the point of it.

What you may not do. You may not: republish, resell, sublicense or redistribute the material, in whole or in substantial part, whether verbatim, reformatted or lightly rewritten; share your credentials outside the seats you pay for, or provide access to people who should hold their own subscription; systematically extract, scrape or bulk-download the corpus, or use it to train, fine-tune or build a competing dataset, model or product; or remove or obscure attributions, citations or provenance from the material.

Quotation. Short quotations with attribution to Master Monetization are fine — the same courtesy the material extends to its own sources.

Ownership and third-party material. The compiled analysis, structure, organisation and presentation of the library are ours or our licensors', and remain so; your licence lasts as long as your subscription. The library synthesizes ideas from publicly available material — talks, interviews and long-form content by third parties. That analysis is our own work. Quotations are kept short, attributed to the person who said them, and carry a citation back to the source. We claim no ownership of anyone else's underlying work, and inclusion implies no endorsement by, affiliation with, or partnership with the people or organisations discussed.

Accuracy. The material summarises what practitioners say, including where they disagree with each other. It is research, not professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any commercial result. Verify anything you intend to rely on for a high-stakes decision.

Attribution concerns and takedowns. If you are a rights holder and believe material here reproduces your work beyond fair use, or you would simply rather not appear, write to info@mastermonetization.com identifying the work and where it appears. We operate a removal mechanism that pulls a creator's quotations out of every published document on the following sync — a configuration change on our side rather than a rebuild, so it takes effect quickly. We would rather remove material than argue about it.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods made available through our payment processor. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe and Master Monetization to charge your selected payment method for the amounts you owe.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services and to promptly update your payment information when it changes (e.g., expired card). If a charge fails, we may attempt to re-charge your payment method and may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until the balance is settled.

Sales tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes may be added to the price of purchases as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; price changes will not affect any subscription period already paid for. All payments are in US dollars unless otherwise specified at checkout.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND REFUNDS

How to Cancel (Quick Summary). You can cancel at any time, with no questions asked: sign in, open Settings → Plan & billing, and cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues through the end of your current paid cycle and no further charges are made. You may also write to info@mastermonetization.com and we will process it by hand.

Subscription Plans. Master Monetization is offered on a recurring subscription basis. A plan determines which documents you may read — there are no credits, no metered consumption and no per-use charges. A free plan exists so you can evaluate the library properly before paying anything.

Billing and Auto-Renewal. Your subscription begins on the date you successfully complete checkout and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for the same term and at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without further approval for each renewal.

Seats. A plan may include seats for colleagues. Each seat is a separate login with its own credentials. Seats are for the people you pay for; they are not a way to give an organisation-wide licence to one subscription.

Notifications. We send transactional email about your subscription, payments and account status. These are not marketing messages and are sent regardless of any marketing preference — there is no marketing list.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal in your account settings, or by writing to info@mastermonetization.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until then. Afterwards your account reverts to the free plan rather than being deleted — your login keeps working and the free material stays readable.

Refund Policy. Subscription fees are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law, and we do not pro-rate partial periods — the free plan exists precisely so that paying is an informed decision. If you believe you were billed in error, or a verifiable fault prevented you from using the Services for an extended period, write to us within fourteen (14) days of the charge. We will review in good faith and may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund or other equitable remedy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge we believe was valid, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and may pursue collection of the disputed amount, plus any associated fees and reasonable costs of recovery.

EU/UK Consumers. If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. By starting to read the material within this period, you acknowledge that you have requested immediate access and expressly waive your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

Price Changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following at least thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to: systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services; trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users; circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features; disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us and/or the Services; use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person; make improper use of our support services; use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations; engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services; upload or transmit viruses or other harmful material; engage in any automated use of the system; delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content; attempt to impersonate another user; interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services; harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees; attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access; copy or adapt the Services' software; except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software comprising the Services; make any unauthorized use of the Services; or use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us.

Specific prohibitions. Because what we sell is a body of written research, the prohibitions that matter here are about copying and access rather than about content generation. In addition to the above, you may not:
  • republish, resell, sublicense or redistribute the material, in whole or in substantial part, whether verbatim, reformatted or lightly rewritten;
  • systematically extract, scrape or bulk-download the corpus by any means, including automating the MCP interface or the reader to enumerate documents;
  • use the material to train, fine-tune, or build a competing dataset, model, index or product;
  • share your credentials, or your API key, outside the seats you pay for, or provide access to anyone who should hold their own subscription;
  • remove or obscure attributions, citations or provenance from the material, or present it as your own original research;
  • misrepresent the material as professional medical, legal, financial or other expert advice — it is a synthesis of what practitioners say, including where they contradict one another; or
  • use the Services to harass, defame or impersonate any of the practitioners whose work is discussed in the library.

9. DMCA AND COPYRIGHT POLICY

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our Services to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable laws.

Filing a DMCA Notice. If you believe that material accessible through the Services infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent containing the following:
  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to permit us to locate it;
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Submit DMCA notices through our contact form at https://mastermonetization.com/contact with "DMCA Notice" in the subject or message.

Counter-Notification. If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address.

Repeat Infringers. We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

False Claims. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages.

10. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Services may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services or any Third-Party Content.

11. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms; (3) refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy: https://mastermonetization.com/legal/privacy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms.

In summary. We share your information only with the four named subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy — the hosting, authentication, payment and email providers needed to run the service. We do not sell personal information. We do not sell or broker leads. We run no advertising and share nothing for advertising purposes. We do read the search terms you send us, linked to your account, to decide what to research and publish next; we keep them for 90 days, never train on them and never sell them. That is set out in full in section 1 and section 3 of the Privacy Policy, and it is the one thing in there we would most want you to have actually read.

13. HOW WE CONTACT YOU

Email only. We contact you by email and by no other means. We do not collect a phone number, we do not send SMS or MMS, and we make no calls.

What we send. Transactional messages only: confirming your email address, resetting a password, team invitations, and notices about a failed payment or a cancelled subscription. These are part of operating your account and are sent for as long as the account exists.

No marketing list. We do not run one, so there is nothing to opt into and nothing to unsubscribe from. If that ever changes, it will be an explicit opt-in and these Terms will say so first.

14. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES, TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.

15. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Master Monetization and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law shall be substantive law of the State of New Mexico, United States.

Restrictions: The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.

18. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

19. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

20. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your Contributions; (2) use of the Services; (3) breach of these Legal Terms; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties; (5) your violation of the rights of a third party; or (6) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services.

21. USER DATA

We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data.

22. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Legal Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control.
